One step at a time
Perfect timing for an aquaintance to share herinspirational story of losing 147 pounds over the past year. I've spent the past three months getting my relationship with food in perspective, thanks to Optifit. Now the key to making it the rest of the way is to MOVE, to get this old body of mine in motion.
